By signing up and actively using the Lets Break Records program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Lets Break Records may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Lets Break Records. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Lets Break Records program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Any account left inactive for a total of 6 months will be deleted and the earnings forfeited.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Lets Break Records are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Lets Break Records. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Lets Break Records. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Lets Break Records program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Lets Break Records will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Lets Break Records program, even if Lets Break Records has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Lets Break Records aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Reversals on offers:
Members Responsibility
It is a members responsibility to use the correct information while doing the offers on the site. Anyone caught using fraudulant information will be deleted from the site. Multiple offers are considered fraud and will not be accepted on the site. One offer per member no matter where you do the offer you may do it only once. If you have a total of 3 reversals on your account by the affiliate your account will be deleted and your funds lost. Anyone caught doing trial offers and then reversing them after they do the offer will be banned from the site. No exceptions. This is unfair to my affiliates and will not be tolerated. You must see the trial offer through in order to claim it honestly.
We site owners have the affiliates to answer to so we all have to obey the rules. There is only one account per household allowed and you must be over 18 to be a member of the site. You MUST be PayPal verified to receive PayPal payments. You CANNOT share PayPal accounts with other members. Please obey the site Rules and we won't have any problems. :)

Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Lets Break Records and may result in legal prosecution. Lets Break Records strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Lets Break Records may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. <!--siteDomain--> will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
